Payment terms are agreed directly between customers and service providers unless otherwise stated. Fixiago may introduce platform fees, commissions, or subscription models in the future.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fixiago is not liable for any damages, losses, delays, or disputes arising from services provided by independent professionals or from use of the platform.

6. Availability & Changes

Fixiago may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable European Union laws and, where relevant, the laws of the country in which the service is provided.
